Shipping Schedule:
Orders are shipped on Monday and Thursday afternoon via GLS. Belgian deliveries: GLS aims to deliver shipments within 24 hours, while international shipments take an estimated 24 to 96 hours.

Shipping Options:

• Belgium: Home delivery or pickup at a parcel locker/pickup point.
• International: Home delivery or delivery at a pickup point or parcel locker of your choice (AT, DK, FI, FR, DE, IT, LU, NL, PT, ES)

Shipping costs vary based on location and are displayed at checkout. Orders over €130 within BENELUX qualify for free shipping.

In-Store Pickup:
Customers selecting "Pick Up In Store" during checkout will receive an email when their order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Pickup Deadline & Policy:
Orders must be collected within 7 calendar days of the pickup notification. After this period, the order will be canceled and refunded, with the item returned to inventory. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days.

Right of Withdrawal:
Customers have 14 days from pickup to return items, per EU consumer protection laws.

For delays, please contact us within 7 days, and we may extend the pickup deadline at our discretion.

Under EU law, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with labels attached, and show no signs of wear.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Log in to your customer account and request a return via your order page.

2. If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label via email.
The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund and varies depending on the country.

3. Print and attach the label to your package.
Cover or remove any old label. Bring your package to a Bpost office or pickup point.

Returns are also accepted in-store. Refunds are processed within 14 days (excluding shipping costs).

Why do some products have a green "In store only" badge?

Products with the green "In store only" badge are products that we don't ship. Please visit our stores in Antwerp to make a purchase.

What are the different payment options?

We offer many payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay,  Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are there any additional charges to my order?

Depending on the shipping method selected, we may charge you a fee depending on your location. Our shipping rates are stated on our checkout page. Shipping in the BENELUX is free for purchases over €130. If you live close by, you can also choose to pick up your order in our physical store.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be changed or canceled if the order has not left our store yet. Contact online@monar.be or call us at +32 3 232 35 00 if you wish to cancel or change your order.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Online orders are shipped on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Once our carrier has received your parcel, they try to deliver it the next workday in Belgium. You can follow the status of your parcel with Track & Trace and the My bpost app using your barcode. The delivery period for Standard International shipments is indicative and is estimated at 24 to 96 hours.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can always return an item up to 14 days after delivery.
