Refund policy
1. General information
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. You can exchange or return items within this period if they:
- Have the original label attached
- Are in undamaged packaging
- Are unworn and unwashed
- Show no signs of wear
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care goods (such as beauty products, perfumes, etc). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
2. Return Process
All returns must be initiated through our self-serve return portal in your customer account.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- The minimum rate of a return label is 8€ (Belgium) and will be deducted from your refund amount.
- When requesting a return label, the estimated shipping rate will always be 8€. It is adjusted by our team afterwards, following our GLS rates per country, available here.
- You can also return or exchange online orders in person at our store (Everdijstraat 35, 2000 Antwerp). In this case, no return label fee will apply.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Example
You bought a pair of ASICS for €150 and live in the Netherlands. Because we offer free shipping within the Benelux for orders above €130, you didn't pay shipping costs when you placed your order.
- You request a return label using our self-serve return portal. The first estimated cost for this return is 8€.

After requesting a return, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. The new cost for this label is now adjusted to €9 (GLS return rate for the Netherlands) and will be deducted from your refund.
👉 Your refund will therefore be: €150 – €9 = €141.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
