1. RETURN RULES
All returns must be initiated through our self-serve return portal in your customer account.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
IMPORTANT:
- The minimum rate of a return label is 8€ (Belgium) and will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Return rates vary per country.
- When requesting a return, the estimated shipping rate will always be 8€. It is adjusted by our team afterwards, following our Bpost rates per country, available at the bottom of this page.
- You can return/exchange online orders in person at our store (Everdijstraat 35, 2000 Antwerp) at no extra cost.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EXAMPLE
You bought a pair of ASICS for €150 and live in the Netherlands. Because we offer free shipping within the Benelux for orders above €130, you didn’t pay shipping costs when placing your order.
After requesting a return, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. The cost of this label (€8.50 for the Netherlands) will be deducted from your refund.
👉 Your refund will therefore be: €150 – €8.50 = €141.50.
2. RETURN PROCESS
A. LOG IN/CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
I have a customer account
1. Log in with your Google account or email address.
2. Web browser: Click the order you wish to return. In the top right corner, click the "Request return" button.
Mobile phone: click the "Request return" button on your order page.
3. Select the reason for your return and click again the orange "Request return" button.
I don't have a customer account
1. Create a customer account.
To do this, on the Sign in portal, you need to use the same email address you used to place your order. Then, click 'Continue'.
2. On the order you want to return/exchange, click the "Request return" button.

B. WAIT UNTIL WE REVIEW YOUR REQUEST
Once your return request is submitted, we will review it. When approved, you will receive an automated follow-up email with a ready-to-print label.
- Pack the items you're returning.
- Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
- Drop your parcel at a Bpost office or Bpost point.
C. ONCE YOUR RETURN IS IN OUR HANDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
