How can I place an order?
Find the product you like. Choose your size & add to basket. Then choose whether you want to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
What are the different payment options?
We offer many payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Are there any additional charges to my order?
Depending on the shipping method selected, a fee may be charged depending on your location. Our shipping rates are stated on our checkout page. Shipping in the Benelux is free for purchases over €130. If you live close by, you can also choose to pick up your order in our physical store. (Pick up adress: Monar & Clothes, Everdijstraat 35, 2000 Antwerp)
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be changed or canceled if the order has not left our store yet. Contact online@monar.be if you wish to change or cancel your order.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Online orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Once our carrier has received your parcel, they try to deliver it the next working day for Belgium. You can follow the status of your parcel with Track & Trace and the My bpost app using your barcode. The delivery periods for Standard International shipments are indicative and vary between 2 and 10 workdays.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is handed over to Bpost, you will receive an e-mail with track & trace information.
I haven’t received my package yet.
98% of national shipments are delivered within 5 days. Please allow some time for your order to arrive at its destination. If your order is stuck, or something looks abnormal on your Track & Trace page, please contact us at online@monar.be or contact Bpost.
An item is missing from my order/I have received the wrong item.
Contact online@monar.be as soon as you receive your order so we can help you in the best way possible.
Can I return/exchange an item?
You can always return/exchange an item up to 14 days after receiving your order. The product(s) must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Check our full Shipping, Pickup & Return Policy.
How can I return an item?
Always announce your return by email at online@monar.be. Send the item(s) in its original packaging to the return address mentioned on the return form. Insert the correctly filled in return form in your package. You can also pass by our store to return/exchange your items.
Do you provide free return labels?
Shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item are paid by the customer.
Do I get my money back when I return something?
After we've received your return, the refund for the paid amount will be deposited into your bank or credit card account within 7 working days. If you return your online order in one of our stores, the refund will be made in the same way.

Can I return/exchange an item?
You can return/exchange your NON-DISCOUNTED product(s) up to 7 days after your purchase. The product(s) must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How can I return an item?
Go to the store where you initially bought your product(s). Ask our staff to help you exchange/return your product(s).
Do I get my money back when I return something?
If you return an item purchased from our physical store, you will receive an in-store voucher corresponding to the amount of your purchase.
