Shipping Policy
1. General Information
We offer online sales with the option for customers to pick up their orders in-store or have their items shipped. This policy outlines our shipping and pickup to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. All transactions comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
2. Shipping Information
Shipping Schedule
- Online orders are shipped on Monday and Thursday in the afternoon.
- We exclusively work with GLS.
- National shipments: GLS aims to deliver shipments within 24 hours.
- International shipments: Shipments take an estimated 24 to 96 hours.
- You can track your order here: Track & Trace using the tracking code from your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and are stated during checkout.
Shipping within the BENELUX is free for purchases above €130.
3. In-Store Pickup
Customers who select "Pick Up In Store" at checkout will be notified via email when their order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.
Pickup Deadline
- Orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days from the date of the pickup notification.
- If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be automatically canceled and refunded, and the item(s) will be returned to inventory for sale.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take 3-5 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
- The 14-day right of withdrawal starts from the moment you pick up your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Exceptions
- If you anticipate a delay in pickup, please contact us within the 7-day period. We may, at our discretion, hold the order for an extended period.
