Shipping & In-Store Pickup Information

Shipping Schedule:
Orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday mornings via Bpost. Belgian deliveries typically arrive the next working day, while international shipments take 2 to 10 working days.

Shipping Options:

  • Belgium: Home delivery or pickup at a parcel locker/pickup point.
  • International: Home delivery or pickup (available in NL, LUX, and FR).

Shipping costs vary based on location and are displayed at checkout. Orders over €130 within BENELUX qualify for free shipping.

In-Store Pickup:
Customers selecting "Pick Up In Store" during checkout will receive an email when their order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Pickup Deadline & Policy:
Orders must be collected within 7 calendar days of the pickup notification. After this period, the order will be canceled and refunded, with the item returned to inventory. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days.

Right of Withdrawal:
Customers have 14 days from pickup to return items, per EU consumer protection laws.

For delays, please contact us within 7 days, and we may extend the pickup deadline at our discretion.

Returns

Under EU law, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with labels attached, and show no signs of wear.

To initiate a return, email online@monar.be with your order number. Customers cover return costs unless the item is defective.

What are the different payment options?

We offer many payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay,  Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are there any additional charges to my order?

Depending on the shipping method selected, we may charge you a fee depending on your location. Our shipping rates are stated on our checkout page. Shipping in the BENELUX is free for purchases over €130. If you live close by, you can also choose to pick up your order in our physical store.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be changed or canceled if the order has not left our store yet. Contact online@monar.be or call us at +32 3 232 35 00 if you wish to cancel or change your order.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Online orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Once our carrier  has received your parcel, they try to deliver it the next workday for Belgium. You can follow the status of your parcel with Track & Trace and the My bpost app using your barcode. The delivery periods for Standard International shipments are indicative and vary between 2 and 10 workdays.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can always return an item up to 14 days after delivery.
